Today, I made steak fries with peppercorn sauce, steak frites au poivre, as part 6 of my steak series! I've made something very similar before, made with compound butter, but I had to include this delicious classic steak dish in the steak series regardless!

Delicious fries dipped in properly made peppercorn sauce is one of the tastiest bites you can have in French cuisine, I highly recommend you guys to try! (at home or at a restaurant!)

This method of fries were inspired from Chefsteps videos. While it was crispier than the triple cooked chips, I'd say triple cooked chips had more potato flavor.
