Today, I made Guinness braised lamb shank, with polenta!

The braised lamb shank was tender, rich, creamy with slight bitterness from Guinness beer, with added complexity from dijon, Worcestershire and honey!

Needless to say, it paired perfectly with polenta! It was nice having it on a cold day, it really made me feel warmer :)
