8 potatoes (baked).
2 onions.
2 tablespoons of tomato paste (50 g).
1 red pepper.
1 teaspoon of ground red pepper (4 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g).
1 teaspoon (4 g) of mint.
1 teaspoon of black pepper (4 g).
Half a tea glass of olive oil (45 ml).
4-5 sprigs of parsley.
Cheddar cheese (300 g).

For the top;
1 egg yolk.
2 tablespoons of oil (20 ml).
