Hello everyone, this time I made an easy and fast puff pastry without a refrigerator

100 grams/ml water
3/4 teaspoon salt
50 grams of butter
250 grams flour for bread (high in gluten)
125 grams of pastry shortening (vegan) or extra dry butter (non vegan) available online

Egg yolk or egg yolk substitute for spread.
Sugar for sprinkling.
And your favorite jam for the filling.

Bake at 210-220 °C for 20 & 30 minutes.
