Necessary materials
2 glasses of warm water (400 ml)
1 tablespoon of dry yeast (10 g)
1 tablespoon of sugar (20 g)
1 teaspoon of salt (8 g)
3 tablespoons of vegetable oil (30 ml)
4 cups of flour (480 g)

For the sauce: 1 egg
Half a tea glass of yoghurt (30 g)
Half a tea glass of olive oil (45 ml)
1 teaspoon black cumin

Baking suggestion: 30-35 minutes in the oven at 180 degrees
