Recipe:

Ladyfingers: (double it!.. if you dare)
1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks
1 tsp vanilla
3 egg whites
pinch of salt
1 tb sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
icing sugar

First Assembly:
1/3 cup orange liqueur
2/3 cup water
24 lady fingers

Almond Cream with Chocolate recipe:
4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1/4 strong coffee
1/4 orange liqueur
1/2 lb softened butter
1 cup sugar (preferably very fine)
1/2 almond extract
1 1/3 almond flour
2 cups heavy cream
