*** Expected questions are listed as TIPs at the bottom, so please refer to them.

I made royal tteokbokki (Gungjung Tteokbokki) very easily with the seasoned beef ribs that I released.
It contains chewy rice cakes, crunchy vegetables, and even sweet and salty beef.
If this isn't nutritious food, what can it be?
Kids like it and adults like it too.
Be sure to make it~

*** Measurements are using scales (g), tablespoons (Tbsp), and teaspoons (tsp) (not measuring spoons)

[2 servings]
✤ Ingredients
- 4 pieces of seasoned beef ribs (8 pieces of bone)
- 1/3 onion
- 2 shiitake mushrooms
- Green onion
- Bell pepper green, red
- Carrots
- 1 piece of fish cake (can be omitted)
- 25 Tteokbokki rice cakes
- A ladleful of sauce
- 1Tbsp Soy sauce (if there is not enough seasoning, add more)
- 0.5Tbsp Starch syrup (if the seasoning is not enough, add more)
- Water (add if there is insufficient water)

✤ TIP
- Seasoning may vary depending on the amount of vegetables or rice cake.
- If you add a lot of fish cake, it will absorb a lot of water, so I recommend adding only a little.
(If you want to add a lot of fish cake, you need to add more water and season more.)
- When grilling meat, pour sauce over it before grilling so the seasoning does not become bland.
