Workout:

1.Incline bench DB
3 sets – All Drop sets (12 x 10)

2A; Cable flys (diff positions (4 sets total)
1 & 2 x 12reps
3rd and 4th set - Drop set (10 x 10)

2B: Push ups
4 x 10-12

3: Kneeling landmine (3 sets)
2sets x 12
3rd set - Drop set (10 x 10)


4: Deficit push ups
3 x 12
