1a - Banded Curls 3 x 10
1b - Pyramid push ups 3 x 12

2a- Lean forward cable curls 3 x 10 (3rd set is a drop set 10x10)
2b - Triceps crossover 3 x 10 (3rd set is a drop of 10x10)

3a - incline Hammer 3 x 12,10, 8
3b - incline Oh Extension 3 x 12

4a - Cable P.Curl 2 x Dropset (10 x 10x10)
