Migas del Pastor (Shepherds Breadcrumbs) is a traditional Spanish preparation of breadcrumbs flavoured with pieces of bacon and chorizo.
I have come to Ujué in Navarra to learn from the locals how to make them properly and to cook them in the lovely village of Ujué, where the finest MIGAS in all Spain are made.
