This is the first of a series of videos where I will share with you my progression on finding the best way to make the most tasty iced pour over coffee or Japanese style iced coffee.

Coffee 18g (22 clicks Comandante)
Water 210g - Temp 93 C
Ice 90g

First pour - 60g
Second at 40s - 70g
Thirst at 1:20s - 80g

Let the iced completely melt
Pour in a glass with more ice
