I attempt to create a dish that I've never even tasted before...the great Canadian dish called Poutine. What's this all aboot, eh? Despite never having tried poutine before, I put together a meal that stretches even the wildest of imaginations. A meal only for those who dare to cross the unreachable boundaries of the food universe. Rotisserie chicken breast, shredded for ease of consumption...drizzled with spicy chicken buldak sauce. Balls, balls and more balls of cheese resting on a bed of crunchy yet tender fries...all blanketed with a warm and sensual chicken gravy. What can go wrong? No no, the question should be, what can go so right...
