A classic Japanese/Korean dish that is beloved and adored by so many, donkatsu is a favorite amongst children and adults alike. Everyone who has tried donkatsu knows that the best pieces are the end pieces, where the crunch is extra crunchy. By making these bite sized, every bite is extra crunchy! Hooray!
1/2 lb cubed pork
1/2c shredded cabbage
Breading:
1/3c flour (add 2tsp salt and 2tsp black pepper)
1/2c panko bread crumbs
1 egg
Donkatsu Sauce:
1TB ketchup
1TB worcestershire sauce
2tsp oyster sauce
1tsp sugar
Cabbage Salad Dressing:
2TB mayo
1TB ketchup
