1/2 lb cubed pork
1/2c shredded cabbage

Breading:
1/3c flour (add 2tsp salt and 2tsp black pepper)
1/2c panko bread crumbs
1 egg

Donkatsu Sauce:
1TB ketchup
1TB worcestershire sauce
2tsp oyster sauce
1tsp sugar

Cabbage Salad Dressing:
2TB mayo
1TB ketchup
