Ingredients:
5 lbs(2kg) Pork shoulder
1lb (456g) Prepared ham
2-1/2 Tbsp (45g) Plain salt
2 Tbsp (30g) sugar
6 Tbsp (60g) Cornstarch or potato starch
1 tsp (5g) Pink cure #1
1/2 Cup (120ml) water

Grind pork pork shoulder. Mix in diced ham and other ingredients.
Process 1 pint jars 70 minutes@ 15 lbs pressure.
