On 22nd Nov 2023, it was my 57th birthday. As part of my training for an upcoming 800m indoor race, I did a session taking in 3 Strava segments between 0.75 and 1.3 miles at about my 5K effort and finished with 4 x 1 minute fast with whatever I had left. I wore the Nike Vaporfly 3 shoes.
