On Sunday February 4th 2024, I raced the Chichester 10K at Goodwood which incorporated the British Masters 10K road race championships.

It was a poor race for me and my 42:15 chip time was my 2nd slowest ever so I include some analysis on why as I feel there are always things to learn even when things don't go as well as you hoped for.
