Why you should watch: As a different chapter in the revolution of retail banking commences, our eminent panel wrestles with questions on the competitive environment for new entrants and the “middle squeeze”, the role of branches and human-centred channels to supplement digital offerings particularly for SMEs, the search for talent, the immutability of scale returns as data metrics and analysis drive performance and impact of Open Banking and other fintech and policy measures in changing the banking landscape?

Moderator: Martina Garcia (Chief Executive Officer, CSFI)
