Eric Livny is Lead Regional Economist for Central Asia at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). In his current role with the Bank, Eric advises senior management on the Bank’s country strategies, liaises with governments and international financial institutions, and leads the industrial policy stream within the Bank’s Community of Practice on Competition Policy.

Trevor Cullinan is Director, Lead Analyst GCC Sovereign Ratings at S&P Global. His current primary analytical responsibilities include Middle East and North African (MENA), Russia and post-Soviet states.
