Felt like I was going to lose this one. It held together thankfully. This Cherry Burl was a chunk from a massive Burl that I acquired a few years ago and had done many turnings from, mostly combined with Resin. This was my first attempt at turning without it. I am pleased with the result, although I would have liked a better sheen, but it just kept sucking up the polish.....3 coats!
