INGREDIENTS
SAUSAGE INGREDIENTS
6 hot Italian sausages
Italian long peppers
1-2 yellow onions
Cherry peppers

POLENTA INGREDIENTS
4 cups medium coarse cornmeal
4 cups chicken stock
1/4 lb butter
16oz Mascarpone
Parmesan cheese, grated

BROCCOLINI INGREDIENTS
1-2 bunches broccolini, stems roughly chopped
Olive oil
Calabrian chilies, chopped
Garlic, chopped

COOKING METHOD
1. Preheat oven. Add onions and peppers to a sheet tray. Top with sausages and torn cherry peppers. Bake until sausages are golden brown and cooked through.
2. While the sausages are cooking, make the polenta. In a medium saucepot, add chicken stock. Bring to a gentle boil, then slowly stream in cornmeal, whisking constantly. Continue to whisk until the mixture is simmering. Remove from heat and add butter, mascarpone, and parmesan.
3. In a large skillet over medium heat, add oil, chilies, and garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes, or until garlic is lightly golden brown and fragrant. Add chopped stems and cook for 3-4 minutes. Then add broccolini tops, season with salt and pepper, and cook until bright green. Remove from the heat.
4. Transfer polenta to a large serving platter, and top with sausage and broccolini.
