For the first episode in our Christmas series, we invited comedian and author Sofie Hagen to prepare with Verena an ‘adult version’ of Sofie’s favourite: Danish rice pudding. We didn’t think this classic dessert could get better but Verena proved us wrong - the addition of almond brittle and cherry compote took it to another level.
