The HWPO Training Team hit the road in September 2022 to visit a variety of events and CrossFit affiliates in various countries in Europe. The goal; to meet as many hardworking individuals as possible and to soak up some culture along the way.

Mat has worked with GOWOD since 2018 and they are amazing partners to our HWPO Training community. It was great to see where the GOWOD magic happens and meet with the community in Southern France.
