Ingredients:
(for 6 servings)
5 cups of basic homemade meat broth or 1 cup canned beef broth with 4 cups water
3 tb butter
2 tb vegetable oil
2 tb very fine chopped onions
2 cups arborio rice
1/2 heaping cup of parmesan-reggiano cheese
Optional: white truffle shavings (lol)
