Spaetzle Recipe
Serves 6-8 as a side dish or first course
4 large eggs (200g without shell)
235g milk or water (8 oz) (1 cup)
4 tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher salt (or 2 tsp table salt)
425g unbleached all-purpose flour (15 oz) (3 cups)
4 Tbsp butter and/or sauce for serving
