CREAM OF ASPARAGUS SOUP. With it being asparagus season I thought this would be the perfect video this week. This asparagus soup recipe is very easy to follow and it's nice and healthy too.

Ingredients:

300 grams Asparagus (trimmed)
1 White onion (sliced)
30 grams Butter
1 Tbsp Flour
50 ml White wine
500 ml Chicken or Vegetable stock
Handful of Spinach
2 Tbsp Double Cream
Salt and Pepper
Creme Fraiche to finish
