In this episode we make a leavened bread from humanity's first city... or at least we try to.
We first make a bread "by the book" then get a little creative in the second part. We don't have evidence of ancient Sumerians making the latter bread in the video but they had access to the ingredients so we're pretty confident that someone at one point put all of these together.
