Ingredients:
For the chicken:
- 8-10 chicken thighs
- ⁠1.5 tbsp salt
- ⁠1 tbsp oregano
- ⁠1 tbsp mixed herbs
- ⁠1 tbsp black pepper
- ⁠1/2 tbsp coriander powder
- ⁠1/2 tbsp chilli flakes
- ⁠1/2 tbsp chilli powder
- ⁠1 tbsp onion powder
- ⁠1 tbsp garlic powder
- ⁠1/2 tbsp white pepper powder
- ⁠4 tbsp tomato paste
- ⁠4 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- ⁠2 tbsp honey
- ⁠1 tbsp fresh garlic paste
- ⁠4 tbsp olive oil


For potatoes:
- 6 medium sized potatoes roughly chopped
- ⁠1 tbsp salt
- ⁠1 tbsp black pepper powder
- ⁠1 tbsp dried parsley
- ⁠3 tbsp olive oil

For the salad:
- 2 large cucumber chopped
- ⁠1 large onion chopped
- ⁠1 large tomato chopped
- ⁠1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
- ⁠1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper
- ⁠1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar

For the rice:
- 1 cup basmati rice
- ⁠4 tbsp butter
- ⁠4 tbsp olive oil
- ⁠1 chicken cubes
- ⁠5-6 whole black pepper
- ⁠5-6 cloves
- ⁠1/2 cup onion chopped
- ⁠1 tbsp garlic paste
- ⁠yellow food colour
- ⁠3-4 glasses of water
