Summer is coming, get these in your repertoire!

The Glorious Fourth:
50ml (1 ⅔ oz) brandy
10ml (⅓ oz) Jamaican rum
20ml (⅔ oz) lime juice
10ml (⅓ oz) sugar syrup (can be adjusted depending how sweet your ice cream is)
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Glass: coupe
Garnish: lime zest

Method:
Add all of your ingredients to shaker tins, add ice and shake. Double strain into chilled glass and grate lime zest over the top. Could also be blended.

Boozy Spider:
30ml (1oz) whisky
20ml (⅔ oz) Amaro Nonino
10ml (½ oz) lemon juice
Top ginger beer
1 scoop vanilla ice cream
Glass: sundae glass or large highball
Garnish: grated nutmeg and a cherry

Method: add all of your ingredients to your glass, add ice and top with ice cream. Garnish and enjoy!
