The Port Au Prince from Smuggler's Cove is one of the most interesting-looking drinks in the book (in my opinion) and an unusual cocktail as it calls for Rhum Barbancourt. While sugar cane juice-based rums are becoming more and more available, Rhum Barbancourt remains the best entry line of cane juice rums if you're just getting into them.
