Living With Bipolar Disorder (Type 2) | My Experiences So Far
When I was first diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in November 2018, I felt exceptionally alone. There were very few resources available offering a clearer understanding of what this mental illness would mean for my life. It felt hugely stigmatised. No one was talking about it. A year on, I fear not much has changed in regards to this so I hope that now I understand my illness better, I can help others not feel as I did by speaking more publicly about it.

Thank you as always! ♡
