Materials:
2 tea glasses of warm milk (180 ml).
1 packet of dry yeast (10 g).
2 tablespoons of sugar (40 g).
1 egg.
4 cups of flour (480 g).
1 teaspoon of salt (6 g).
Half a tea glass of oil (45 ml).
2 tablespoons of butter (28 g).

For the filling:
Grated cheddar and feta cheese (200 g).

For the above:
1 egg yolk.

Cooking suggestion:
Let's bake at 180 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes.

Tea glass : 90 ml
