THE WORKOUT
A.) INCLINE MACHINE PRESS
(2-3 warm up sets & 2 Working sets failing in the 10-12 rep range)
B.) BANDED INCLINE DUMBBELL PRESS
(2-3 warm up sets & 2 Working sets failing in the 10-12 rep range)
C.) MACHINE FLY
(2 Working sets in the 12-15 rep range)
D.) CABLE FLY
(2 Working sets in the 12-15 rep range)
E.) ROPE PUSHDOWN
(1 Working set: Start at a heavy weight and continue to drop set)
F.) SINGLE ARM TRICEP OVERHEAD EXTENSION
(2 Working sets 10-12 reps)
* If you have a workout partner, let them help you with some forced/ partial reps!
* Drop set to failure on your last working sets
