Super simple puff pastry brioche 💯

Ingredients :

2 eggs (the yolks for gilding the whites in the dough)
1 glass of lukewarm water (200ml)
1 glass of lukewarm milk (200ml)
1 glass of oil (125ml)
1 teaspoon of salt
2 tablespoon of sugar (if you want more sweet, add more sugar)
1 fresh yeast
About 800g of flour (the texture of the dough should stick slightly to the finger)
125g soft butter

Bake at 200 • until golden
