I want to find out if sausage sous vide are any different than sausages from the BBQ. For this cook I am actually cooking several types of sausages to test out sous vide and see how they will turn out. I am also adding to the mix a sausage requested by Ninja that is a little weird for my taste. But, he does seems to love it so I went for it.

HOW TO COOK SAUSAGES SOUS VIDE
I cooked it for 2hrs @ (160°F / 71.1°C)

* INGREDIENTS * I used for this sous vide cook.
6 Pork Sausages Large
1 Linquicinha (Smaller Pork Sausage)
2 Spicy Sausages
1 Blood Sausage (AKA Black Pudding)
