INGREDIENTS & NOTES

#1 German Breakfast 0:33

literally just fresh buns with sweet and savory stuff to put on top.
also, if u grew up with an almond mum there was some yogurt and muesli present.
served w insanely strong coffee, fruity tea or hot chocolate.

#2 Käsespätzle (cheese noodles) 1:57
for the dough:
180 g (1 1/2 cups) flour
30 g wheat semolina (3 tbsp)
35 g corn or potato starch (3 1/2 tbsp)
2 tsp veg oil
1/2 tsp salt
250ml (1 cup) non dairy milk
generous pinch of salt for the water
1 onion
1 tbsp vg butter
200 ml vegan cream (3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp)
1 handful fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 tsp white wine vinegar
salt, pepper to taste
2 handfuls vegan pizza cheese, more for the top
butter for the casserole dish

→ serves 1-2



#3 Kalter Hund (cold dog) 5:27

300 g dark couverture (high fat chocolate for ganache) (10.6oz)
200 g semi sweet chocolate (7oz)
150 g refined coconut oil or vg butter (5.3oz)
200 ml vegan cream (3/4 cup plus 2 tbsp)
2 pack vanilla sugar or 1 tsp vanilla extract
300g plain vegan biscuits (10.6oz)
→ yields 1 loaf pan, 20-25cm (8inch to 9inch)
→ lasts in the fridge for 1 week

#4 Bienenstich (bee sting cake) 8:16
for the dough:
125ml (1/2) cup non dairy milk
30g vg butter (3 tbsp)
260g flour (2 cups plus 2 tbsp) , plus some for the surface
1 tsp oil for your hands
7g dry active yeast (2 tsp)
50g sugar or agave syrup (1/4 cup)
2 tbsp apple sauce

for the topping:
75g vg butter
3 tbsp sugar
1-2 EL honey (vg)
150g flaked almonds (1 3/4 cup)
for the filling:
40g vanilla custard powder
3 tbsp water
350ml non dairy milk (1 1/2 cups)

optionally: combined with
250ml vegan whipped cream (1 cup)
→ yields a 26cm (10,2 inch) springform pan

#5 Currywurst 12:33

700g potatoes (1.5 pounds)
500ml - 750ml (2-3 cups) frying oil (this depends on the size of your pot, have the layer of oil be least 2 inches deep)

salt, paprika for seasoning

4 vegan sausages, cooked according to packaging

for the sauce:
1 tsp oil
1 onion
2 tbsp tomato paste
125ml passata, crushed blended tomatoes (½ cup)
80ml ketchup (⅓ cup)
⅓ cup vegetable broth (⅓ cup)
1 ¼ tsp curry powder
½ tsp paprika powder
optional: dash of chili powder/cayenne pepper
salt to taste
extra water, if needed

→ serves 2
