🥣 Ingredients:
1 cup | 170g 1 cup quinoa
1 cup | 250ml dairy-free milk or water
1/2 medium carrots
2tbsp chopped chives or spring onion (optional)

🥣 Sour cream ingredients:
12oz | 350g firm silken tofu
1tbsp nutritional yeast
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup | 80ml dairy-free milk
1tbsp lemon juice
salt

🧑‍🍳Cooking tips:
❗Feel free to add your favourite herbs, spices and vegetables to the recipe to get your favourite flavour.
❗You can refrigerate tofu “sour cream” for up to 4 days.
