Just add coconut milk to the red lentils! Incredibly delicious recipe! In this video I show you how you can easily prepare a delicious and vegan lentil curry with peppers. An absolute favorite in our home. The recipe is easy to prepare and super tasty. A delicious and very easy dinner recipe.

📋 INGREDIENTS:
250 g red lentils (1 cup)
1 medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
1 tsp ginger paste
1 teaspoon curry paste
1 can of coconut milk
1 cube of homemade vegetable broth 👉    • Selbstgemachte Gemüsebrühe ohne Chemi...  
400 ml water (1 3/4 cups)
Lime juice
1 bunch of coriander
2 tsp salt
black pepper
1 red pepper
olive oil
Rice to serve

More tips:

You can refine the curry with other ingredients depending on your taste, e.g. B. with carrots, sweet potatoes or tomatoes.
Instead of rice, you can also serve naan bread or chapati with the curry.
