Today's recipe is for a rich, melt-in-your-mouth pudding made with white chocolate.
By adding chocolate without sugar to the pudding, it gives it a richness like raw chocolate but with a clean aftertaste.
Combined with a strawberry sauce that can be quickly made in the microwave, a simple yet good-looking dessert is quickly completed.
You can also use sweet chocolate instead of white chocolate.
When mixing the chocolate and milk, the chocolate may not melt completely if the temperature is low, so in that case, please warm the chocolate in a hot water bath to melt the chocolate.

▷Ingredients (4 cups):
■Milk pudding
80 g white chocolate
260 ml milk
5 g powdered gelatin
2 tbsp water

Strawberry sauce
50g strawberries (fresh /frozen)
1 tbsp granulated sugar

1. chop the white chocolate as finely as possible. (If the chocolate is too large, it will be difficult to melt.)
2. Sprinkle powdered gelatin in water to soften.
3. Heat milk in a saucepan to about 70°C (158°F). Add the softened gelatin and let it dissolve.
4. Pour the milk into the white chocolate a little at a time to melt the chocolate.
If the chocolate is not fully melted, warm it in a pot of boiling water or in a microwave oven to dissolve it completely.
5. Strain the pudding liquid and cool it to 20℃ by placing it in ice water.
Put into pudding cups and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours.

6. Put strawberries and granulated sugar in a heatproof container and heat at 500W for 50 seconds.
*Because the amount of strawberries is small, it is easy to burn them in a pan. Microwave oven is recommended.
7. Heat for an additional 30 seconds and when it becomes sauce-like, it is ready to serve.
