You don't need to go to the gym to get fit or strong. Resistance bands are great because you can train at home, outside, or at the park—anywhere you want at any time. Also, you don't need to stop to change your weight.

This workout uses resistance bands and is great for getting in shape without going to the gym. It can be done for strength or strength and conditioning.

Perform 3 exercises: front squat, back row, and chest press for 15-20 reps. Perform 3-5 sets to complete 5–10 minutes of exercise.
