Today, I made Japanese curry dish, Steak Katsu Curry! It's Japanese style curry paired with beef cutlet (steak katsu/Gyukatsu)!
Beef was crispy on the outside, tender in the inside and paired well with the curry made from ox bone broth from previous video.
The cheese sauce as another addition I enjoyed a lot with the curry :)
