Recipe and ingredients:
Boil 250 grams of pasta in salted water.
30 grams of butter and 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Chop 4 cloves of garlic.
Add 1 teaspoon red pepper and fry for 1 minute.
Add 1 tablespoon tomato paste and 1 teaspoon sugar and fry for 2 minutes.
Mix 3 eggs and a pinch of salt well.
Parsley, oregano, black pepper, fry for 2 minutes.
Add noodles and fry for 2 minutes.
