Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
1 shallot
4 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp sweet smoked paprika
400 g (14.5 oz) tomato sauce
475 ml (2 cups) broth or water
200g (2 cups) uncooked penne pasta
2 cans of tuna in olive oil
125g (1/2 cup) Greek yogurt
Parsley
Season with sea salt and black pepper
