MSFS Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner flight from KATL Atlanta Hartsfield International Airport to KIAD Washington Dulles International Airport. In this part 2 of 2 conclusion we fly the STAR (Standard Terminal Arrival Route) and ILS 1R Approach into KIAD.

Since this is the first time we have featured a commercial airliner on the FS MaNiA Channel we decided to go with one that is as modern as they come with major improvements, advancements, and upgrades, to the aircraft structure and systems. The Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner is without doubt one of the most highly advanced airliners currently in existence. But, does the MSFS default version have enough functionality to make it a contender for a VATSIM ATC environment flight?

In this video I will show you what works well and what could be improved. I will introduce work arounds for the FMC deficiencies so that you can be confident in flying the Dreamliner into any VATSIM ATC staffed major airport.

Because the B787-10 Dreamliner is included with the "Premium" version of MSFS the aircraft files are encrypted which limits community access and modifications. Even so there are a couple of community mods available which improve several aspects of the default Dreamliner.
