This is a True Story....

What would you do if you are flying home after a few days fishing in The Bahamas when all of a sudden your pilot passes out cold? There are only two passengers who can intervene and neither of them knows how to fly an airplane.

Darren Harrison and Russ Frank are both thrust into this nightmare scenario when their Cessna 208 Caravan Pilot Ken Allen loses conscienceless while cruising over the Atlantic Ocean at 10,000 feet. What follows is nothing less than a triumph of the human spirit.

This video is created using actual Air Traffic Control (ATC) Communications as well as some dramatized ATC based on media interviews with Controllers and passengers of this harrowing flight.
