If you are experiencing chronic pain, it's important to understand that it has a biological, psychological, and social component. However, the ratio of these components varies from person to person, and a good provider will help determine the appropriate treatment for each. Regenerative injection therapies may not work well for those with a large psychosocial component to their pain. On the other hand, a purely psychosocial approach may not work for everyone either. It's crucial to take a personalized approach to treating chronic pain and explore both the biological and psychosocial aspects. The conventional medical system's approach often overlooks the psychosocial component, and a personalized approach is often necessary.
