Sometimes, in order to heal from chronic pain, you need to intentionally get uncomfortable. You have to do things that you mentally don't want to do now. It might look like progressively overloading in physical therapy or getting into ice baths. It might also look like saying goodbye to toxic people in your life or addressing childhood traumas. These are uncomfortable things that you might have to go through in order to see healing from chronic pain. Yes, it's hard, but sometimes it's necessary.
