In this video, I explain and demonstrate how to correctly spot an athlete and perform a few assisted/forced reps at the end.
This is a great hypertrophy technique to add intensity and break through plateaus.
Note that this is a different spotting technique than if someone is going for a Personal record/strength test, in which case you would not help them do additional reps and only help if they fail.
