Today, I'm sharing a personal story that explores how self-doubt, panic, shame, and a disastrous seventh-grade haircut can resurface even after years of healing work.
I had an experience recently that brought back some familiar feelings of shame and panic from my childhood.
In this video, I offer insights into the ongoing journey of healing, emphasizing that struggles are normal, and healing is about practicing self-compassion and mindfulness in those moments.
Remember that even seemingly small things can dredge up big feelings sometimes, and that's okay.
Can you relate to this? Share some of your experiences below. Looking forward to connecting with you in the comments. ❤️
