I love beer can chicken method for the tender, juicy and flavourful chicken it makes... but what about space on the Kamado Joe Jr as the smallest sized Kamado?
Good news is we can make it fit; I found going direct with a lodge cast iron pan (10.25") works as a heat deflector and roasting pan for some potatoes which is what we are cooking up today.
