Known for its ultra-cheap 500 yen bowl, this is a famous Chinese restaurant in the heart of Yokohama.

Their signature 'Suiraiken' bowl, limited to 140 servings per day, sells out instantly due to its immense popularity.

The bowl, adorned with fried egg, char siu, menma (fermented bamboo shoots), and seasoned bean sprouts, appears simple. But, it's incredibly delicious.

The special sauce and egg are superbly prepared (the sauce is really tasty!)

The restaurant is run by two brothers, whose heartfelt and warm personalities are truly delightful.
